A New Step Daycare & Preschool is operated under the rules and regulation of the Department of Social Services by the state of California.

A New step Daycare & Preschool offer bilingual Program (Spanish / English)     More than half the world's population is bilingual. Learning a second language helps children build self-esteem, creativity and problem-solving skills.

In order to reap the full benefit of bilingualism, exposure to the second language should begin as early as possible. We offer a quality, English and Spanish curriculum for ages 2 and up. Children are exposed to both languages at all the time.

Our program is theme based, with an emphasis on play based learning. We focus on social relationships, language skills, problem solving, fine and gross motor development, self-help skills, and music and movement. In addition, we incorporate activities that promote letter, number, shape, and color recognition. Character Education is also an integral component to our program. We work to instill values with each child such as Respect, Caring, Patience, Politeness, Cooperation, and Forgiveness.

Our main objective is for your child to learn while having fun and gain the social skills needed to interact with others. Our Preschool program will prepare your child for success in Kindergarten and beyond.
